Cormac have issued a road closure order from Penally Hill to Doctors Corner from 12th February 2024 to 15th February 2024 (19:00 to 06:00 hours) for principal road maintenance and gully emptying.
This is usually a yearly visit from the Cormac team and involves a series of vehicles going up and down the road for a number of hours. They have issued a statement to say that the road is closed but access to and from the businesses is as usual along with residential properties which is especially important being it is half term – so to most people, the road will still be open. There will be no access for LGV or HGV vehicles during the closure time.
