South West Water are flushing the water mains in the PL35 area as part of their continuous work to maintain the high quality of water that customers receive. They flush water through the pipes to remove any natural sediment that can cause your water to appear discoloured.
This will be taking place from 11/03/2024 – 25/03/2024 between 08:00 – 16:00 each day.
You shouldn’t notice a change in your water supply, however sometimes customers may experience lower pressure than usual for very short periods of time while we are working in your street.
Need a bit of extra help? If you, or someone in your household, has a medical condition that requires constant access to a supply of water, or you would find it difficult to reach an alternative supply during a supply interruption, then sign up to their Priority Services Register.
