Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a collision on Hendrawalls Lane in Davidstow.
The incident occurred at around 8.15am on Saturday 29 June where a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, which failed to stop at the scene.
The female pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The vehicle involved has not been located and we are appealing for anyone who was in the area and have dash-cam or witnessed anything that may assist us, to get in touch.
