• Chairman’s Report: Noted that the play area rocker has been repaired, but concern remains about the aging junior multi-play equipment.

Meeting Items
• Highways: Pedestrian routes are awaiting posts. A fault was found in the radar speed sign at Slaughterbridge. The solar unit will be moved to assist and repair options are being explored.
• Street Lighting: Discussions ongoing about alternating streetlight operation to balance safety with Cornwall Council’s cost-saving measures.
• Play Area: The monthly inspection revealed no issues. Repairs on the motorcycle rocker have been completed and quotes for new benches are being sought.
• Car Park: Discussions about a request to devolve car park management will be considered at the next meeting.
• Castle Site: The meadow area has been cut back and the land inspection continues. No new reports on the Monumental Project.
• Works around the Village: Hedgerows across the village require trimming. A potential contractor is being sourced for gutter and pavement weed clearance.
