The Boscastle CIC is disappointed to report another incident of criminal damage in the village. A newly installed finger post at the football field was broken, reportedly due to children swinging on it. The missing sign arm, which pointed towards the church, has now been found and will be reinstated.
This is part of a worrying rise in anti-social behaviour. Damage to community assets affects everyone, and we urge residents to report all incidents — no matter how small — to the Police on 101 or anonymously to Crimestoppers. The more reports received, the greater the chance of increased police presence in Boscastle.
