Looking after your health and wellbeing has never been more important, and the upcoming Winter Wellbeing Event at the Parkhouse Centre, Bude, is the perfect opportunity to do just that!

This fantastic community event, supported by the Bude CAP Health Subgroup (of which Boscastle and Camelford are part), will bring together a wide range of health and wellbeing activities, stalls, and NHS services, all designed to support local residents.
What’s On?
✅ Free NHS Health Checks – Blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol tests
✅ Fun Activities – Something for all ages to try!
✅ Free Face Painting – Great for children and families
✅ Information & Advice – Helpful resources on health and wellbeing
✅ Community Stalls – Discover what’s happening in Bude and beyond
Additionally, the NHS will be conducting their 10-Year Plan Survey, giving you the chance to have your say on the future of healthcare in our area.
This is a great opportunity to connect with the local community, access free health checks, and enjoy a fun-filled day in a welcoming and accessible environment.
