Join Boscastle WI for an inspiring and entertaining evening with Tony Rea, a 2023 contestant on The Great British Sewing Bee and proud Bude local.

Tony wowed viewers with his creativity and craftsmanship on the Sewing Bee, and now he’s bringing that same energy to Boscastle! He’ll share his journey through the competition, show off some of the garments he created, and talk about his wider passions — from reworking clothing to promoting sewing as a powerful tool for mental health and wellbeing.
Expect humour, heart, and inspiration in equal measure. Whether you’re into making and mending, or just love a great story, this is an evening not to miss.
Entry is £3 for non-WI members, which includes tea, coffee and biscuits. This event is open to everyone in the community.
