Come along to this friendly and welcoming session and learn the skills that could one day save a life. Whether you’ve never used a defibrillator before or just need a refresher, this is your chance to build confidence and knowledge that really matters.
🚑 What to expect:
- Demonstrations by lifesavers and ambulance service members
- Learn how to recognise a cardiac arrest
- Hands-on guidance with CPR and how to use a defibrillator
- A chance to ask questions and practise in a safe, supportive space
This training is open to everyone – residents, visitors, and neighbours from surrounding villages. It’s free to attend and could make all the difference in an emergency. After all, the life you save could be someone you love.
🚗 Parking is limited, so please arrive early and find a space on Tintagel Road if needed.
