Cheers! St Juliot Parish Council members and guests toast the new picnic table installed at the Triangle Green in Tresparrett for the use of local families. The all-weather bench, made from recycled plastic and engraved with the postcode to deter thieves, was paid for with CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy) funding and installed by St Juliot PC Chairman David Langley, pictured sitting at the bench.
Councillors Alan Trevennor (vice-chairman) and David Senior declared the bench open to the public and enjoyed a toast with Mandy Senior, Julia Smith and our former Cornwall councillor Barry Jordan, who came along to see the bench “launched”.
